They called my home phone and my cell phone from the 877-523-3986 # and stated they needed my husband or myself to call so they could serve us court papers, this was the third attempt.
He stated we needed to make arrangements to pay a debt we owed of 2500.00 dollars and they needed a settlement of 501.00 with a down payment today of $100.00. And that it needed to be paid by the 31st of the month. I told him I did not have a 100.00 dollars and then he went on to say that because it was the end of the fiscal year they would accept a settlement of $300.00 in two installments by the 31st. Silly me went along with this. So now I have to go to my bank and change my account and get a new one, so they cannot take my money.
These people are ripping people off.
