Ten $1.00 Charges Plus $4.10 and $4.50 Charges

On July 21 Facebook created ten $1.00 charges that used to do not do.

Then on July 26 Facebook created another charge of 4.10 that used to do not do, and on August 1 another 4.50 that used to do not do. Can I have these charges back please?
