I went through a link that connected me to Home Wealth Solutions. Then I received a call from Apply Knowledge Institute for education and The Tax Club for an accountant.
I was told I could earn money by setting up a website and selling products from dropship suppliers and through payment would educate me on this.
That any money invested I would receive back thru tax benefits for initially setting up the business.
I paid for a lifetime membership to (dropship) supplier search and was guaranteed success. (which I cannot cancel as upon agreement)
As I was talking with one of the drop shippers, he felt I was being scammed.
I decided to cancel my membership with The Tax Club, they kept trying to persuade me not to cancel so finally I said I would talk with them the next day. Then shortly later I received an email confirming receipt of cancellation. (which I can do within 15 days) The email said I would be contacted with 48 hours.
I'm not sure I will hear from them.
I have left emails to see how I can cancel with Apply Knowledge Institute.
I am sending this now as I want other people to be aware and need to know how to act on this as soon as I can.
I also sent an email to my provincial goverment asking how to handle this.
I live in Calgary Alberta Canada.
Thank You for any advice or help you can give me and for your time and effort.
I greatly appreciate it.
Darlene
