It was summer of last year I decided that I wanted to do something more I wanted finical stability so I decided to order one of the smc start up kits. I was not sure about it but I kept the kit. Then I decided that if I got a website it would be great for me. I contacted them about a website. They made the website which I paid 362.50 for. The website was nonsense. A 9yrs old can do a way better job that what they did.
I contacted them letting them know how disappointed I was about the website and that I wanted my money back. They gave me the run about for almost a month. I was told that I cannot get my money back then I said fine so I asked how about I get the smc credit. I got the run around to the point where I was so fed up with the company. I could't take it any more and not one year latter I have not received my smc credit I have all the proof that I acted within the 30 days. I made it Clare I did not wanted the website.
I was told that I have to send in a request in writing and then I was told that there is nothing that they can do.in their contract it states under cancellation it stated that the may give a smc credit. I did everything that I was supposed to do, so I ask one of their employees what protocols should I have followed to get your money back since it is MAY. Well what do you know she could not answer that question and she did not know.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership, website or any other eMerchantClub services any time in writing by first-class, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to eMerchantClub, Attn: Website Cancellation, 996 Flower Glen Street, Simi Valley, California 93065. Telephone or email cancellations will not be accepted. Any incoming email sent to cancelled or terminated accounts will not be bounced back or forwarded to another account. Everything regarding the website that is stored on our servers may be deleted. Cancellation will not entitle you to a refund or relieve you of your obligation to pay the remaining balance of your account. However, if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing an eMerchantClub website, we may apply the purchase price in the form of a merchandise credit to your SMC account.
Now last night I got an e-mail stating that the are going to shut down my website and that I owe them money in the amount $395.40 for hosting fee. I did not want the wanted the website I did not and still have not received my smc credit and now they are telling me that I owe them money. I need some help.
