I went into Wachovia Bank to cash a few paychecks that were drawn in their bank. I got fingerprinted and ID'ed. When I was counting my money, I realized it was short. Upon mentioning it to the teller. I was advised that they charge a FOUR Dollar ($4.00) fee for cashing their own checks if you don't have an account. Regardless of whether the person that wrote the check has an account there or not. That should not even be legal. It is unfair. I paid a total of 12.00 for cashing my paychecks.
