So this is my second report against Wachovia Bank! I had a joint account with someone else and that person didn't pay their overdraft so Wachovia decided to take an inatitive and take my money from my other account while i had outstanding checks.
Here's the best part, Wachovia bounce 4 transactions and allowed for the 4 clients that I paid to be able to re-deposit my checkss. Since when does a bank allow re-deposit on a returned check? Or how does the bank know when there's no suffient funds if the payee holds on to the check? It doesn't make sense and wachovia double my 4 transactions and has caused a bigger overdraft of almost NO LIE -700.00.
They must think that us consumers are rich or something because they obviosuly charge you for everything and do as they please. Becareful when opening a bank account with Wachovia Bank. They steal your money, charge you for everything and have no consideration what so ever.
