Gift cards and other promised not erecived

I received a call last month from profinity promising 25$ walmart gift card, restaurant.com certficate and other savings. Also they told me its trial membership, can be cancelled at any time and full refund can be requested. Till no wi hav eneither received walmart gift card. Now i have cacelled membership, neither the amt charged to me around 16 usd is not refunded. Membership ID: 2617266
