I found this company on www.bankrate.com. To refinance my home in CA. They have deceptive practices! They told me I had a no cost loan at a rate i could no believe. I went with them believing the loan agent... When it came time to close the loan my rate was a. 25 higher and fees went to $2,500.. They could only say that my rate was not locked at the time i sent the full application. Do not work with them!!! They will cost you money!!! Stay far away!!! They sound like a bunch of kids working out of a boiler room in florida!!!
