Leaking roof and mold in walls, insurance adjuster left without answer

I purchased a mobile home from Clayton Homes / Vanderbilt. My roof leaks and there is mold in the walls, and Vanderbilt refuses to fix it. I set up a claim with the insurance company provided by Vanderbilt, which of course sent out an adjuster. He came out, stayed about 10 minutes, advised he didn't know where it came from, and left.
