I have never in all my life dealt with a more incompetent bunch of idiots as those at Vanderbilt mortgage and several other companies that they own. They tell you that they do not own American Modern Select Insurance but in fact, when someone calls from the Insurance Company, it comes up as Clayton homes ie Vanderbilt Mortgage. When I questioned them about it and the fact that Vanderbilt is a disaster right along with Clayton Homes, they told me that the same owner owns DAIRY QUEEN! So if you have, like hundreds of other people, been ripped off by Vanderbilt mortgage or Clayton Homes, stay away from Dairy Queen. Those idiots will get your money even if it means from your ice cream! The owner of this company should be ashamed of his business practices.
