Don't ever use this company for defensive driving course... They are the worst and don't know how to treat customer. I'm work as a computer networker. And i tell them my account is locked and they tell me it ain't i'm like i'll record it for you and email it to you. At this point i'm really pissed off. Cause i know whats on my screen and his tell me that i'm wrong its unlocked... So i cursed him out cause its just plain bs. Never deal with people who just don't know shit about computers programs and network. They should just tried to figure out what was causing the problem...
