They are trying to garnish my husband's salary with a dept that was obtained fraudulently. Chase supposidly said we owed them a lot of money, and they refused to prove it. Chase probably had the US GOVERNMENT BAIL THEM OUT, who bails us out when they go after the person illegally?
This company refuses to behave professionally, they hung up on me twice (Michele Fane), then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, Lisa Ward called back and demanded to speak to my husband (they're trying to get him fired so we'll go bankrupt), and he did get on the phone (he works at home sometimes), then he asked her IF there's anything else she needed from him, and she said "NO" then she tired to bully me into giving his SS# - the last four numbers, after she got his birthday from me (they are a 'collection agency' & can use anything they squeeze out of you - against you) - and IF they have your birthday, and where you were born & the last four, they can recreate your Social Security Number! It's sure like a SCAM IMOHO&E! I told her that demanding it and refusing to provide service if the person refuses was against the law - so she hung up on me! Aren't they sure acting like a RIP OFF?
