Frederick Hanna and associates garnished my check in the past for a debt to bank of america of $2200 and never informed me about his illegal ways of collections. His firm had a judge in another county 50 miles from my county to sign a garnishment and hanna garnished $6600 from my paycheck and his office never would speak to me when i contacted them. He reported to the credit bureau that i only owed $4400 and placed a lien on my property, Since he collected $2200 more then he was supposed to collect, they never answered my call and hung up on me. On 6/1 i received a letter again signed by another judge and hanna that he was going to garnish $1600 more from me for the same debt. I need help stopping this man from doing what he want to do illegally.
