I did have loan with ucl. I had filed banruptcy. Emc bought load. I was discharged in january. At that time i was paid up. I started to make payments on time and then the calls started,
Keep in mind i did not have payment due until january which i paid in december 2 weeks ahead of due date which is 1-15, it took until 1-19 for check to clear, now they say i am behind one month. How when i have the cancelled check and have sent feb. Payment (registered mail) and it has come back
I have called and faxed copies of checks and final payment from the courts. But they call day and night. Every night at 855 plus numerous times.
All i know is that they either
1. Have idiots working for them, and can't read or understand
2. Are the biggest liars and crooked company
3. Hmmmmmmmm. Maybe just aliens from somewhere...
4. Either way... I have turned it over to my attorney and
the judge that handled the chapter 13 case. And i am filing a suit for harrassing phone calls. (i had trace put on my phone) so i would have proof of harrassment in court.
