BofA bought my mortgage this past year in the original bank. The initial bank plainly mentioned about the financing files, "NO FLOOD INSURANCE REQUIRED" but obviously 12 months later n/BofA I'm in a ton area and flood insurance is required! They need me to employ the surveyor, contact fema to help make the dedication, then deliver the determination back again to them.
