Was cited a cost for just two coins over telephone & once the individual i delivered got there [I am previous & disabled] the cost offered had wrecked. Was told these were of the reduced quality [not true] & [believe it or not] he explained he'd to consider them from the files & "clear them" because they were distributed [very last thing on the planet a seller might do] I'd previously created preparations for that money, and so I went combined with the discounted I'd to pay for work for individual delevering coins. Personally I think this individual took benefit of the problem & wasn't ethical.
