Thaddeus Wong makes a practice, at his Chicago based realty company, @properties, of inspiring his brokers to lie and make false promises to potential clients just to get their personal financial information and sell it to lead brokers. He also encourages them lie about their associations with buildings such as Trump Towers to convince said clients that he can do things that can't be done such as expidite sales and/or leases. Then once caught in his game of deciept, claims no responsibility and tells said clients that they are simply out of luck. He takes no responsibility and is a con man. He encourages his employees to use whatever means necessary to convince the public that he is able to pull off miraculous real estate deals. His many offices are located throughout the the greater Chicago area and one of his leading scam artists working for him is a man named Phillip Skowron. His office is located at 212 E Ohio St.
