About a month ago I looked into a payday type loan. I was in need of some money, but the rates were horrible, so I never followed through with it. I believe that website sold my information to others and now I have been contacted by this fraudulent law office. They called my work and my cell phone and said..."are you aware that you have illegal charges on your account", then they asked if I have an attorney. I said..."yes I have an attorney and no I have no illegal charges to my account." They had heavy accents and the phone reception was horrible.
So they gave me a name of the supervisor, a Kevin Petterson. This Kevin got on the phone and said "you got a loan and didnt pay it back" I then said, "No I didnt get a loan from anyone and that can easily be proved with my bank statements of which I can produce to any court of law" He also asked if I had an attorney, "Yes, would you like their information"? He then hung up.
I was kind of scared over the whole thing till I saw all other people on here complaining about this same "firm". So I am now so relieved that I am not having to go to court over something I didnt do. Wow!
