Beware of Vicki Casagrande and the companies she does business with, South Florida Investment Properties, South Florida Realty, Coral Shores Realty Inc.
She is very unprofessional in her business practices, very rude and inconsiderate towards her clients, dishonest, and she will advise you of business deals that she says are the greatest and safest deals without doing proper diligence and research. Her deals will lose you a great deal of money and then she has no regard for the client after the sale.in my dealings with her, she has repeatedly told me about clients of hers that have lost everything because of deals she got them into, and I'm one of them!
I have lost a huge amount of money with her and was led to believe I was getting into the greatest investment of my life. I did my diligence but I was remote to the property and after explaining my situation and looking for a safe and secure investment for me, she led me into a deal that she said was "THE ONE!". She said I couldn't go wrong with this one, it was very sound, a great developer, etc. Then when the property went totally south and I was losing everything, her reply was "no one has a crystal ball" and she will repeatedly tell you that.
When I asked her to help me sell my property, she put me through a lot of paperwork to list my home, but then had no time to focus on selling my property. She has a full time job doing something other than real estate and she only focuses on her real estate clients during evening hours. She passes everything off on her husband who also has a full time job doing other than real estate. When I would ask her a couple simple things, her immediate response was "sorry, I have too much on my plate" and she didn't do anything to assist in the actual sale of my home. She also has no idea how to work with a tenant in the home when trying to sell a property and she would shy away from everything that involved interaction with the tenant. She avoided most tasks that needed to be handled as part of the transaction and I wasted a lot of time trying to work with her.
After I questioned her lack of time and effort to help me sell my home, she immediately canceled my listing and acutally noted the $500 cancellation fee!
I have never dealt with a real estate agent who has such shady and dishonest business practices. She will steer you wrong and you should steer clear of her and all her businesses! She is only out to make a buck with no regard for her clients!
