Ripoff fradulent billing and posting practices

First Consumers National Bank practices dishonest billing and posting procedures.

FCNB delayes posting payments to which it adds extortinate fees and service charges. These charges are added to the balance, making it impossible to pay off.

Miminum payments are doubled on these "late" payments, so that debtors can not meet them.

Customer Service is totally automated. There is no persoanl representative to speak with.
