Complaint / Review
Ocwen FSB
MDL petition filed. NOW is the time for victims - plaintiffs to speak out in support of Hanson v Ocwen

The petition to transfer HAS been made to MDL. It seeks to move the case (s), ALL of them, to California.

This will undoubtedly cause the Hanson v Ocwen case to be lumped in with the class-action suits and do away with the RICO charges. The evidence of criminal wrongdoing will remain hidden, possibly forever.

If the perpetrators of this gigantic fraud are allowed to stay free, they will continue to commit fraudulent actions. Victims will ultimately receive a small monetary compensation and the fraud factory will continue churning out illegal, immoral, and unethical foreclosures, possibly forever.

Those of you interested in seeing justice done and an end to these practices once and for all can help forestall this attempt to "hijack" this case. Simply send an email to Mr. Hanson stating your desire to remain in Hartford and with this RICO action.

Feel free to paste and copy the text below or use your own words.

"Dear Mr. Hanson:

We have read at Usa Consumer Complaints.com that the Connecticut class action lawsuit you have filed on behalf of every victim of Ocwen and in which we have sent you emails and/or affidavits and/or financial records, may be moved to California or somewhere else by the MDL Panel. Please inform the MDL Panel that we wish to remain with you as our lead plaintiff and stay in Connecticut. The other, newer, cases and lawyers can come to Connecticut.

Signed,
*"

These emails can be used to try to help prevent transfer of the case.

No one has fought harder in the trenches for the victims of Ocwen than Mr. Kweku Hanson. No one ever will.

Few attorneys these days seem to be able to see beyond the bottom line of their huge firms. Justice takes a back seat to money. It is refreshing to see that there are still attorneys who seek real justice for the sake of justice.

I hope that every one of you that have sent your paperwork to Mr. Hanson will now support his effort to see justice done.
