Ripoff reported to FBI

Ocwen REPORTED TO FBI Stealing Borrower Funds; Harrassing Borrowers; Screwing Up Credit Reports cheated employees and screwed the customers even more victimized many consumers...

This is just a short note and sort of update, by the person who is the named Plaintiff in Hanson v. Ocwen, Docket Number 3:02cv960, the $1.5 BILLION putative Class Action lawsuit pending in Hartford, Connecticut, and assigned to Judge Droney.

The point-blank evidence of ocwen's fraud, their theivery and their forgeries, have now been turned over to the federal bureau of investigations.

Yes, guys, Ocwen has managed to steal your properties by pure forgery, and now the FBI has all the information that nobody at Ocwen thought that borrowers could ever get their hands on.

It is all safe in the hands of the FBI (and for double insurance, in the hands of reputable journalists as well). Now, if Ocwen has the guts, let it go and seal that out of the hands of the FBI. No, guys, even that is beyond you!

Plus, today, 10/01/02, a federal judge in TEXAS granted one of the victims who sent in an Affidavit for our class action lawsuit a Temporary Restrainng Order against Ocwen. The tide is begining to turn.

My advice to anyone who is having problems with Ocwen and its collection lawyers Moss, Codilis is: call the federal district court clerk's office at the courthouse in Hartford, Connecticut, [address] 450 Main Street, Hartford, Connecticut 06103 [phone] 860-240-3200.

Ask for a copy of the file or at least the FORTY Affidavits on file. It will cost you about $75 to get them, but after all the $ that you have lost to Ocwen, what is seventy-five bucks. Get the Affidavits and file them in EVERY CASE NATIONWIDE in which Ocwen tries to foreclose.

NO JUDGE WITH ANY CONSCIENCE WHO SEES THESE AFFIDAVITS, AND WHO TAKES JUDICIAL NOTICE OF THE HANSON V. Ocwen case, will let your house be stolen. You can also pass on the Affidavits to your State's Congressional Delegation and to other federal and state authorities.

Let's see: Adelphi, Enron, Tyco, Worldcom... Who else is missing? Who else needs a new set of cuff links and a lifetime membership in a federal country club called Fort Leavenworth?
