I was called on the phone December 4 and told I would get a Master Card through my personal bank. And the charges would be $149.00. The $149.00 was withdrawn from my bank account, I have never received a Master Card and I cannot get anyone on the phone from CR Bancorp. Please help.
The post card I received from them saying the $149.00 was withdrawn even has my name spelled wrong, but yet they still took it out of my account. I go by Carolyn, my real name is Carlene and they had it spelled Tarlene.
