Ms. Vermont of CR Bancorp called me with a special credit card offer. She even asserted that CR Bancorp is the parent company of my bank. She said she would mail me information about this special credit card offer.
I never received the information in the mail and they took a pre-authorized draft of $149.00 from my checking account. I made several calls to their toll free number and was never able to reach a live person. I left several messages, but never received a call back.
