Ripoff fraud

I have had issues and problems with Dell from day one and I am going to, if this matter is not resolved immediately, I will contact my local District Attorneys office to open a possible fraud investigation.

You are showing my account past due 29 days plus. My accounts are never late including this Dell one.

I returned two items for credits. The first one a digital camera that was sent back because the first one was never received and the replacement that was shipped took so long to receive that I purchased one at a local store. It took 4 months to issue a credit and 8 hours of my time to resolve.

I ordered an Axim from Dell in January and they double shipped the item with the same painful return issues as before on one of the items.

I was told to mail in a payment of $15.00 back in February until the matter of credits got resolved. The next statement I received for March still did not show the DiMage Digital camera credit but a late fee was added along with the charge for the camera that was returned to Dell and confirmed received by Dell.

After speaking to customer support at Dell Financial of INDIA! I was told that it would be credited, the camera that was first ordered and returned in December of and to mail in $42.00 for the Axim I purchased in January, which is more than the quoted min. That payment was received by you on March 25.

I never received a statement for April but rather a phone call from Dell INDIA! That I could barley understand (the employee of Dell INDIA!), that stated my account was past due 29 days and in collections. This call was at 7:58 pm Friday April 2 PST. They closed at 8:00 pm PST USA time.

Since this person said they had no other details I went online and looked up my account. It shows that you received my payment of $42.00 on March 25 and that I had another payment due three days later on March 28 for $42.00. It also showed a balance of $440.00, which is not correct, and a past due of 29 days as of April 2. Also a credit of $863.00, wow what speed. It only took 4 months and I was still being billed for something returned.

This morning April 3 I called the number left for me 866-395-5011 that was sent to Dell INDIA again and spoke to a Rodger, code name, whom informed me my account was past due, in collections and the balance was now $480.00 with a minimum payment of $78.00 due. A change of $36.00 in min Payment and the balance raised $40.00 and all overnight and based on a $350.00 Dell Axim purchased in January.

I purchased the Axim in January and have made two payment on my account of $15.00 for February and $42.00 for March respectively. So how can I be 30 days late?

Your Dell of INDIA accounting is so messed up and your customer service is so poor that it needs to be stopped. I will file a formal complaint with my local and State agencies this week if this is not resolved.

I want my account corrected and all late fees removed, interest credited and my balance adjusted to the accurate amount now! I want a statement sent to me immediately for April showing the corrected information. If I see a negative remark on my credit report I will sue Dell!
