I hired this firm in 2011 to perform a mortgage loan modification. I paid $2074.84 up front, made many calls to get updates on my modification. Was always told they were working on it and it should be final soon. After 6 months, i checked with my lender and was told they had not spoken to or received anything from Summit. It was all a bunch of lies. I demanded a refund. Of course, i never got one.
