Nationstar and First Horizon
Rip Off on loan modification

HAd loan with First Horizon... Tried for 2 years to get a loan modification... Finally got one that FH charged me for etc... Made a few payments then the "sold servicing" to Nationstar...

Same game started again... They knew nothing of FH modification-sent them copies... They never got them? Tried to send me a new modification with an even higher principal ballance???

Then I was told over phone a new Modification coming but it never did//???

Would LOVE to be part of a class action against either company..
