O I hired score more credit to work on my credit report. I had a charged off capital one credit card from quite some time ago, still showing a balance due of 5 grand or so.
Score more credit informed me that all charged off debts have to be reported as "0" balance. I have emails to back this up and would gladly share with anyone if they would ask. Right before I signed the score more credit contract, I had disputed
some of the other items on my credit report myself and they came off my credit. This happened AFTER I signed up with score more credit, so they think it is due to their work that these items were removed - not the care here.
So after a year and a half, they couldnt get the capital one account to show a "0" balance, so they said the only recourse I have is to take them to court. They didnt give me instructions or help with this, nor did they honor their 100% Guarantee here. They made up some line about if it is a legitimate debt, then their guarantee doesnt cover it. Even after i forward Brian Diez (the owner) the emails from his sales people saying they guarantee that they will get capital one to show a "0" balance he still didnt do as he said and wouldnt "cut" me a refund check.
Very Unsatisfied customer.
