In 2000 Ocwen foreclosed and evicted us from our home. Even though I was told by Ocwen there was no judgement against us there was. And this judgement was not served by the courts and is inflated by thousands. To this date I can't strike the judgement. It is Fraud and obtained under Fraud. Lawyers never wanted the case and free legal groups can't do anything about the judgement.
The house is unfit for humans to live in, due to structual damgement via settlement. Ocwen had left the house half boarded up since 1999. And wanted to give it back to me, since they don't want it. They would not get rid of the judgement. This kept a buyer from purchasing the house, who was willing to replace walls and floors to bring up to building codes. Does this make sense to anyone on this message board?
They can't get blood out of a stone! I have a injured spine and may never work again. Yet Ocwen is holding on to a judgement against us. I joined the class action suit, but don't know what to do about the judgement and there is no advise by the courts but get a lawyer. For what to file bankrupcy on a house we don't have anymore and don't owe all the money Ocwen is claiming? Is there anything I can do? One lawyer wanted $175 per hour and he couldn't understand the court documents from ocwen since they were so twisted with BS!
