Dustin Macgillivray stole my deposits that I gave him to be used to purchase 3 condominums. He deposited them in his account and stole the money or he sold the condos to another person, using my deposits. Either way I did not get my deposit back nor did I get the condos.
I also loaned Dustin Macgillivray money to him personally, which he promised by signed contract to pay me back with interest. He did not pay any of the money back, none of it. I also entered into other contracts with him where he promised to perform on and pay me. He never performed on any of the signed contracts, stole the money, costing me over $100,000.
He always promises to pay the money back, but he never performs. Not once has he given any money back. He is a liar and will cheat you out of your money. That is his M.O.
I obtained a judgment on Dustin Macgillivray and hired an attorney to collect. He then filed bankruptcy in the US Bankruptcy Court, Utah District. His bankruptcy left dozens of creditors without recourse. A list of all his creditor are listed on his bankruptcy case. It is public information. I don't have the case number at my finger tips. It is at my office.
