Dustin Smith sold me a car and he still is in possession of and will not sign over the title to. He took my 1,375 dollars cash for it, and I spent 1,988 dollars on parts for this car that are still on it but he will not give me my money back or sign over the title. I took him to small claims court and he now owes me 3,000 dollars or he has the option to sign the title over but he has not paid me any money or replied to any of me emails, phone call, or text in order to sign the car over.
