Rude, No one can give correct answer or help

Committed, faxed 7 copies of paperwork for name-change on-loan and name. Santander dropped paperork many times, required more than 3 weeks to possess name change on-loan and "DECLINE" to alter name on subject or deliver me backup of subject to ensure that I will enroll my vehicle within the proper lastname. They suggest that the "Texas Department of Public Transport" need to contact Santander and demand a name-change to name. RIGHT! DPS office chuckled then I told them that, today I've a vehicle that I can not enroll in my own committed lastname! Santander was accusing all of their divisions for this and WOn't assist me obtain the proper brand on my name. BUT hey they still consider my income each month!!!
