Debited my Santander account for £59.94. I havn't used their services. However, I applied on line to santander for a personal loan which was declined.
After this I was contacted by a company offering to locate me a loan. I thought
that Santander had passed my name onto them. I believe this to be a possability when I contacted santander today they were less than helpful.
Not sure how I am going to get my money back. However will probably close my account with Santander to prevent them from steling from me again!!!
