I visited the Adriana's Insurance Victorville, CA office on 2/15. A man who was not well informed and seemed unprofessional was the manager. He told me that you do not need a driver's license to drive. The implication was that if you purchased Adriana's Insurance auto policy that was all you need to do in order to drive. I think this is a company that is endangering roadways and does not support vehicle laws.
