About Adriana's INS its all bull they dont know how to treat you... I did work there for two years there... I wanted a long time to get a raise... They dont give you gas money if there TELL you to go to other office. They dont care what you say. You have to go to the office they fire you... When you ask them if you are going to get more money if you are going to our office they told you that you will by making more money by registration renewal, and endorsement if the customer is adding a new car you have to tell the customer that it WOULD BE BETTER TO OPEN A NEW POLICY THAT THEY WILL SAVE! But its not TRUE BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO PAY ALL OVER AGAIN... When the endorsement has cost to add a car $100. It's really sad how the company has to make its money... Also the company adriana's insurace has this thing were they would tell the customer about the gas card last year for about $500 the sale person would brain wash the customer that it would be better if they paid the policy in full so they can get the gas card. But they sells agents never tell the customer's how it would work... It was like a rebet. Customer's would get up-set and cancell the policy which they had the right too. Last year 2009 they had so many claims from customer about these... So they decided that they will give some customer some money for the inconvenience... But Adriana or sould i sould say Sir Adriana (LOL) notice that she was loosing alot of money said decied that they would give money to customer no more. So the customer service has to tell customer that they were SORRY AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!! When customer asked to speak with a manager they would traf the call to Lisa and LISA THE MANAGER WOULD TELL CUSTOMER THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT NO MORE. This is what we had to tell people about the gasoline. We regret any inconvenience you have experiencd, and we assure you that our goal is to retain you as a satisfied customer... Can you be king enouth to give me some info like name policy # tele # and our customer service manager will give you a call with in 3 to 4 days which they never did!!! This is so funny how much info i know about this company! Everything that you hear and read its so true! Dont believe what alicia escallante, lisa, shawn miranda, veronica galvano and most importana dinora... They will set a meetting to advise all there customer service that they posting lie's in the interent and craigslist. You have to sleep around to get a raise or to get a better position. Like shawn miranda... She fu*k mr. Fregoso she started has a customer service and with a month or two she become h.R. She dosen't know s*t!
