Let me just start asking that all the info that you read in this website about Adriana's Insurance is so TRUE!!!
Let me tell you my story when i was working for ADRIANA'S INSURANCE!
I have worked with this company for two year i started working there when they open the company back in 2007 in rancho cucamonga. When i started there i thought that it was a good company but once they train you and tell you how to work hawsoft which its a good program cause it has the info of all the customer's... Well a-n ways about Adriana's Insurance when i started working there all of the customer service was scared of Sir Adriana when she walked in the office, i seen that she only wanted to get money from customer to keep her business going... She would call the manager to speak with him about there customer service that they looked ugly with no make-up or the way they dress. The manager had to tell the employee to put make up and dress up nice. Adriana Fregoso would start hiring good look girls! Wow!
Adriana is a women that like to be in control with everything even with her husband. That why he cheats on her all the time with employee from her and manager from another office and gose to club's if you know what i mean!!! This is no lie.
Will i started with a rate of $8.00 back on 2007 i have worked really hard for this company. And i even get something from this company "NO" i didn't... Oct 31.2007 I had to leave work A.S.A. P cause my son get really sick i advise them that i had to go. But they didnt let me go cause i was the only one at customer service handleing the phone calls. It was just me and manager...
Oh when i started customer service there was a girl name SHAWN MIRANDA, she was customer service too... And started the same like me with in with in one month Adriana Husband put Shamn Miranda to H.R. Everyone was not susprise at all cause she was sleeping arount with him so he wanted to keep her close and of course Adriana knows and hate her...
SHAWN MIRANDA didn't know what she was doing alot of co-works would complain about there hours, that they would miss hours including me... But she would say that what her clock sheet had. Bull sh*t! Shawn didn't like her manager Violet M. So Shawm would like groups to her office and advise us that we need to sign a form where is said that they were firing Violet cause she didnt let the company grown and customer service! They group didnt want to sign the form but she would tell us that if we dont sign we would be suspend or fired... SO we would sign but we all put that we didnt agree what we were sign cause it was not true!!! Which Violet help alot of us!
So they hired a new manager Edith with her real name is Adriana too! When she came manager things turn in the corp office. She told me that i had to leave to santa ana cause Sir Adriana wanted the best CSR over there and they need the fast CRS. I told Edith that i didnt want to go over there cause it was too far and i had no baby sitter to watch him since it was far. She said that Sir Adriana wanted me to go to that they is anything that she can do and if i didnt go that i was going to get fired... So, I told her if there was a raise if i go and can i make my hours from 9am to 6pm. SHe said she yeah there will. And about the hours i had to talk to the manager in Santa Ana, Ca... That same day Edith and Adriana wanted me to go to Santa ana on a Friday wow i told her that i didnt have gas money to go that same day they didnt care to find out how to get money to go! I was wow i cant believe this.
I want to santa ana and the manager was not there on friday i was so mad for driving all the way over there. The manager name is Gabby she is a bitch and rude and mean to those that she dosen't like! So i left the office and i came back to the office on Monday morning so i waited her to come to work. So i was doing my job while i was waiting for Gabby.
Ms Gabby came to the office she called me to the office she asked me why am i here i told her that Sir Adriana and Edith advise me that Santa ana office needed help for temp. Gabby didnt even know about this! So i have found out that they do this for you to quite your job cause they dont like to fire you... So i told gabby that am here to help and i need that the hours from 9 to 6 and she said no that she needs someone from 10am to 9pm. I told her sorry about those are not the hours that i can do. She said that they fine I dont need you here that i was wasting her time and mine. She told me to call Edith and to advise her that i will be going back on Tuesday.
Edith said no to stay there that i told her the reason and she said that she cant help me to stay there at santa ana. I told her Edith that i wont stay here if i dont get the hours that i need or she can fire me right there. SHe said that she will see what she can do and will return my call later in the afternoon. So i told Gabby and she said to at least help since am at the office.By the end of the i told Gabby that i was leaving and it was nice meeting her. She stopped me and she said that she LOVED my work and that i was fast and thats what she was looking for. And she said that they WILL GIVE ME THE HOURS THAT I NEED FROM 9 TO 6. I TOLD HER OKAY THAT I WILL SEE HER THE NEXT DAY!!!
In santa ana it was a living hell they had me driving to customer house to get a paper sign or to take pictures that we were missing for a while. They would never give me gas money or use another car... I had to use my car. And get home so late... I have called so Shawn about what they were doing and i wanted a raise cause of my good work and driving around. I told to shawn no luck, i talked to Veronica no luck, i talk to gabby no luck, i have even talked to Sir Adriana A* Michele about things that i was doing for the company... I seen that Michelle was helping me she will call me and advise she would go to the office in santa ana to advise me that she is still waiting for a reply back from Adriana Husband. No luck day and months want by... I have called Michelle again to advise her that i will go to her again to speak with her in person she said okay. I told her if i dont get my raise i will just leave the company. Michelle in her words said no cause she love's how i work and heard really good things from Gabby and she will help... On Monday Gabby my manager told me that she heard that i was going to quite that day i laughed i told her no thats not what i said... Gabby said to write a letter why i dersver a raise i was are you kidding me. SHe said that Adriana's Husband is asking for it so i did make it that same day and email it to Gabby, Adriana, and her Husband...
Well to make this short I get my raise when i want back to corp office and i get my insurance for health cause i was going to have a baby... They did my life there in corp a living h*ll. Giving me diff hours and days. And re-writes for thing that were dumb... So on nov they give me a rewrite up again cause they thing i clock someone when it was not true and had no proof... And the next day shawn told me to quite and sign a letter that i was leaving the company i told her no! That they are firing me and that i was not quiteing cause i didnt do anything wrong!!!
I told them that i will be going to court! Which am still on it!
