Unlicensed agents ripping off inocent consumers

Adriana's Insurance has grown very well as a company but at what cost?

Most of the employees at Adriana's insurance are unlinced. I just check the department of insurance database and they only have 54 licensed agents some of them with double licences such as life and property and casualty. This company has 35 offices through out California at a very concervative estimate she has an average of 5 sales agents in each office thats 175 sales agents and onlt about 50 have an active Department of Insurance License. All the customers who purchased insurance from and unlicensed agent are intitled to get the broker fee returned. If you purchased a policy from Adriana's, you have every right to ask the sales person for their insurance license, if they are not able to provide one contact DOI (Department of Insurance) and file a claim.
Now the agents are not at fault they follow orders from people that just want more more more for themselves. The General Manager "Veronica Galvano" is a great example, she is not licensed by the department of insurance and she is using a diffent name. I dont know her real name but Veronica Galvano is an allias.
Now they force the agents to work 40 a week and dont get paid overtime. They will work from 830am to 8pm if they are "told" not asked. They rearely refuse because they need the job. Most of the employees are illegal aliens and they work out of fear and necessity. They like to hire illigal aliens because they have a necesity and must hold on to a job once they get one, and they dont know the have rights.
The managers that are licensed are forced to sign the applications if not they dont receive their bonus or comissions. They have many rules set to minimize the agents comissions.
Adriana's insurance has done a great job growing, illegally. The DOI hasnt taken many steps to stop the unfailry brokers fee charged by unlicensed agents. And also the Labor department should investigate the labor conditions and wages.
