Ripoff get your refund orange

I can understand that maybe I didn't read the fine text to see that they would eventually charge me for my 'free service'...

But when I called to cancel and ask for a refund they told me no. I explained that I never received any kind of report from them and they said thats because my credit must not of changed (BUT it did and they never reported it to me).

This is a ripoff and a waste of time... I called back the next day and they claim my account will be refunded within 7-10 days.

We'll see...
