Repeated attempts to contact Customer Service via email (plus two other email addresses listed under contacts) yielded no response, auto or otherwise. I had a similar experience prior to subscribing when I submitted a question to which I heard nothing back. But I went ahead and subscribed anyway (Zacks Investment Research is well known, and a Premium subscription is $199/year). Finding myself in need of Support again I find myself reaching a dead end. A bit of searching online finds this complaint elsewhere.
