Yesterday, I was contacted about a management trainee position. The receptionist told me that the job included: dealing with clients, servicing customers, managing accounts, ect. This seemed something that I would be good at. Finally that Economics degree that I worked so hard to get would finally pay off.
Today when I finally was interviewed by Nathan Porter, I found out that I would be selling cheesy little coupon books. Door to door. He referred to them as marketing brochures, or marketing pamphlets, but make no mistake they are coupon books.
There was another entry on this web site for JMP Promotions, located in Grand Rapids. But I guess they moved into our area. Also whenever I called them, the receptionist would respond by saying only "marketing."
So unless you dreamed of being a door to door salesman since you were a little child, stay away from JMP Promotions.
