I delivered a payment to citifinancial and santander purchased out my mortgage. On sept 25 our credit union refinanced our car and delivered santander a look for$ 24,337.93 but our benefit was $23,474.28 departing distinction of $863.65. While i contact and talk to someone they tell me no refund due, i will recieve fee thirty days after benefit is received, or payment will be sent thirty days after entitled is delivered, again it is a couple of bull and i've not recieved a cent.
