Our mother had this account for many years she did not know what she got into until 4 months before her death. We tried to get some money out pay her taxes and nursing home care we were told that could be done 4 times a year on the 20 th of the month. So we set it up with andre to have $12,000 sent to us well they sent us $1,200 instead. We called they said not there fault. After several calls Andy said if we fax him proof our mother was in nursing home and tax bill he would see what he could do. We did but our mother died the next day. So our power of att. Was only good when she was alive. Now we have been named by the court in charge of the account. We were to get the last of the money on the 20th of Jan I have been lied to so many times by this company. They still have not sent us the money but have told me it went out on 24th of Jan and the next time it went out on 31st of Jan. I have called and left many messages I have emailed several times. Run from this company you are better off dealing with the devil.
