My mother age 86, needed to go into a rehab place to rebuild
some leg muscles, at White Stone nursing home, requested by her doctor for 1 to 22 days, during the first five days, I her daughter
was there every day, I had a meeting with people in charge and I told them they seem under staffed, people working there also told me they are under staffed, my mother was planning on coming home in a couples days, where I could do the rehab myself for her, everything was a go ahead, then a couple days later my mother got out of bed 7am. Bed buzzer rang, nurse came, my mom fell, no guard rails, no walker, she went at 4pm to the hospital, she fractured her pelvic, again under staffed, I told them see what happened. My mother was now in the hospital for a week, ready to come home with me (daughter) they needed to give alot of pain meds for her pain, 4 days later my mother died in my home, I blame the White Stone elderly care in Stroudsburg for the death of my mother, again due to being under staffed. I called them over and over and they said we are so sorry, I just want it to be know what goes on there, even look at the commants on there website
not the first time this has happened to someone
