Could not Cancel my Mother Insurance when she died geico.com

When my mother passed away I called Gico to get her insurnace cancedl. The told me to fax the death certification and the power of attonery. I had to fax them 3 times and called them 6 times. Even after the 5 time they were taking money out of a dead widow accounts. I thought that sad that a company would steal from someone that had died.
