CCS Predatory Practice-Attempting to convince my 80 year old mother to use their services who is living on a fixed income

This company attempted to convince my 80 year old mother who is living on a fixed income to subscribe to their services. I found their business practices to be predatory and that there should be some law preventing companies like this from preying on the elderly.
