75 year old mother bought car with a rattle in the front end. They said they would take care of it before the sale but didn't and now want to charge mother for it

75 year old mother on fixed income was buying a car from these crooks and it had a rattle in the front end which they said they would take care of prior to the sale. Once they found out it needed a new steering column they would not stand behind their promise. It costs 500.00 dollars to fix and my mother is on a fixed income and is unable to get it done!
