In trying to make payment arrangement's I was told by a very dis-concerning emloyee/operator that they were the city not a privately owned business and that they didn't have to make payment arrangement's, I offered a payment in 7day's that would have caught us up she said that's fine but we can still shut your water off and there's no way to stop it. This is after I had spent one hour the day before trying to reach them to no avail, and almost an hour on the present day to have her react to this as if it is ok, when asked to speak to the supervisor she said yes... And then hung up on me. There is absolutely no reason to treat a customer who call's in good faith like this we have been a good customer for over 20yrs. Many other utilities will work with you on payment's why does the city seem there an exception? No humanity!
