I've been banking with chase lender from last three years and my encounter together may be the toughest of, the client support requires for good to solution and when they reply the phone call, they don't focus on client issue they move the call to different department or area. After which it continues...
I transferred my pay-check in a week ago of dec and its own been greater than a week but still not removed... After I contact the department they WOn't keep in touch with me about my very own consideration and hang-up the telephone...
All I needed to understand was why my check isn't removed.
I'm returning to my previous lender that we wasn't pleased (CITIBANK) But evaluating to pursue they're definitely better in customer support.
