The bank manager at chase bank in San Carlos.in one way or another she called me a liar to my face and refused to help, over a small banking problem.
Few days after i called chase customer service at 7pm. For help and after been dragged from department to a department, one of the bitches from one of the department that can put a hold on your checking account. After i gave her my name and info she asked me whats the problem after i start speaking not even 20 sec.
She said oh imsorry i cant help with that goodbye and the piece of shit hung up on me.
I called again i wanted to know who did that, again transfer from department to another till i got back to there department ask for who i was speaking too and hang up on. No help i asked to talk to a supervisor in that department and the other person transfer me again to a complete different department. Long story short i told them why they transfer me to you, i wanna speak with that department manager, so again transfer me again. To a different department a guy answer, got nothing to do with my problem long story shor t again he transfer me to the main menu lol.
I hang up and called again. They transfer me to that department again. Bullshit me around and then transfer me to manger, again i had to give all my info to each person i spoke too and then she said she cant help and finally after 3 hr on the phone with this mother fucker chase bank i got a hold of a manger.
And explain the whole situation for her from the beginning from last week. She told okay will follow thro and listen to phone calls and see who did that with and if its required to take action towards that employee we will
I asked her what im gonna get over that. I wanna know the name of that person and how i could know u guys did something. About it.
Basically there is no follow up its all employee played me around and they wont give out any information about there manager or anything of that.
And they wont do any shit for. So i wasted almost 3.5hr on the phone with those piece of shit for nothing. Worst customer service ever
So let me tell you what this bank from my experience.
It sucks rude and nothing make them more happy than ripping off poor ppll.
