Our payment was not due until 1/15. On 1/3 Aaron's called me and wanted to know when I was going to make my payment.
It made me mad that they were calling almost 2 weeks early, so I decided to pay off the bill, even though they gave me 50.00 in credits that I had coming. This was added back into my payoff, so I ended up paying someone an extra 200.00.
I have purchased many items from Aaron's and had just purchased the last three items I paid off. The manager, Todd, told me that is just the way it is. Is this truly the way you do business? Wow. I guess you dropped me as a customer, even though I have bought about 10 products from you and have never been overdue.
